1. Service Provision

VideoTools ("the Service") is a web-based video editing tool suite provided free of charge. The Service is provided "as-is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Browser-Based Processing

All video processing in our Service is performed entirely in your browser using WebAssembly technology (FFmpeg.wasm). Video files are never transmitted to any server. The quality of processing results depends on your device specifications (CPU, memory) and browser type/version.

3. Usage Guidelines

• Use of this Service is at your own risk.
• We make no guarantees regarding the quality or accuracy of processed files.
• We recommend backing up important files before processing.
• Processing large files requires sufficient memory (8GB+ recommended).

4. Supported Environments

The Service is optimized for the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Firefox. Some features may be limited on Safari. While mobile browsers are supported, we recommend using the Service on a desktop computer for the best experience.

5. Service Changes

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice. We are not liable for any damages arising from such changes.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to data loss or quality-related damages) arising from the use of this Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Updated terms become effective upon posting on this page.
